I love designing architecture, but I struggle with characters. I might have finished this project a year earlier if it weren’t for tackling the character design.
The end result, now rendered in 3D, ended up looking a lot like the 2D characters of my ad agency game - basically, stick figures with a small hint of personality.
Surely I learned some things from the iterations of character designs I rejected.
